Methodology
Exactly what each number counts.
No rounding-up, no cherry-picking. The same definitions our own internal routing model uses.
Delivered in full or made whole
The share of finished orders that either completed to the full amount ordered, or arrived partial and were topped back up to full under the 30-day refill that every package carries. A finished order is any paid order that has reached a final state; welcome gifts and free make-goods are included because they are real deliveries. The only orders this does not count as a success are the few that were canceled and refunded.
Median time to start
The middle value, measured from cleared payment to the first delivery landing on your profile or post: half of orders start faster, half slower. It tracks when delivery starts; larger orders then spread out on purpose so the platform reads it as normal growth.
Where the data comes from
Straight from Blooup’s order records, the same database behind the live Package tracker. They update automatically, so a slow week shows up here too. Any number with too few orders behind it is held back.
