These Terms of Service form a legally binding agreement between you and Blooup. They govern every interaction with our website, dashboard, and delivery services.

By browsing the site, creating an account, or placing a Package, you confirm you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Continued use after any update to these Terms counts as your acceptance of the updated version. We post the latest revision date at the top of this page.

Blooup provides paid engagement for social platforms including followers, subscribers, likes, views, comments and saves. Engagement is delivered to the public URL you provide at checkout, without ever touching your account credentials.

You acknowledge that the engagement is a vanity-layer enhancement of your account's visible metrics. We make no promises about sales, fame, or algorithmic outcomes. We commit to delivering the units you paid for.

Availability of specific platforms, Packages, or quantities may change at any time. When a service is no longer available, Packages in progress continue to delivery on the terms they were placed under.

You are responsible for the accuracy of everything you submit at checkout: the profile URL, post link, quantity, and any other parameters. Delivery problems caused by incorrect input are your responsibility and are not grounds for a refund.

Your profile or post must remain public for the entire duration of the delivery. If your account is private, deleted, or username-changed mid-delivery, we may pause or cancel the Package without refund.

While a Blooup Package is active on a given profile or post, you agree not to run a parallel campaign from another service on the same target. Overlapping campaigns cause tracking conflicts and we are not liable for the resulting discrepancies.

You confirm that your use of the service complies with all laws that apply to you, including rules on advertising, endorsements, competition, and unfair business practices.

Blooup is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Spotify, X, Twitch, or any other platform referenced on the site. All platform names and logos are the property of their respective owners.

Most social platforms prohibit paid engagement in their own terms. You accept that your use of the service may conflict with those terms and that any resulting action against your account, including restriction, suspension, or termination, is outside our control and not our responsibility.

Social platforms regularly recalculate follower and engagement counts. Drop-offs are a normal part of the ecosystem. Where our 30-day refill applies, our auto-refill system dispatches a free top-up on its own, and if it has not fired yet you can force it from the Packages page. Outside that window, we cannot promise permanence of any metric.

Payments are processed by third-party gateways (Stripe, PayPal, crypto processors). By paying, you warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method and that the funds are lawfully obtained.

All sales are final once the Package is placed and begins processing. We do not refund buyer's remorse, change of mind, platform penalties on your side, or errors in the URL you submitted.

If we cannot deliver a Package for technical reasons on our end, the amount is returned to your Blooup balance as a credit, or refunded to the original payment method at our discretion.

When a completed Package drops within 30 days of delivery, our auto-refill system detects the drop and dispatches a free top-up on the next delivery cycle on its own. If the auto-refill has not yet fired for your Package, you can force it from the Packages page: locate the affected Package and tap Request refill. Refills are free and carry a 24-hour cooldown between requests. You do not need to open a ticket.

Chargebacks filed before contacting support are treated as a material breach of this agreement and can result in permanent account termination and ineligibility for future service.

You agree not to use the service to:

• Promote, finance, or facilitate any illegal activity under the laws that apply to you.
• Run profiles or content involving hate speech, harassment, violence, CSAM, or nudity.
• Misrepresent metrics to defraud investors, advertisers, sponsors, or any other third party.
• Infringe trademarks, copyrights, or any other intellectual property rights.
• Probe, scrape, reverse-engineer, or load-test our infrastructure without written consent.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any code intended to disrupt the service.

We may suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without notice, if we have a reasonable belief that these rules are being broken.

If something is wrong with your Package, reach our support team first. We answer every chat within a few minutes on average and resolve the vast majority of issues without any escalation.

Any formal claim that cannot be resolved through support is subject to binding, individual arbitration. You and Blooup waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in any class, collective, or representative action. Arbitration proceeds under the rules of the arbitration body of our registered jurisdiction at the time the claim is filed.

This clause survives the end of our service relationship. Nothing here prevents either party from seeking emergency equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

We may revise these Terms at any time. The effective date is shown at the top of this page. Material changes are also surfaced inside your account when you next sign in.

If you continue using the service after a revision is published, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service and delete your account.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific Package giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost goodwill, lost data, or platform-imposed penalties, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In those places, our liability is limited to the maximum extent the law allows.
